Shipping, Returns & Privacy
We send our orders via Australia Post.
Generally, for international orders, you can expect your items to arrive in around 4 to 7 working days. For most domestic orders (orders within Australia), you can expect them in around 1 to 4 working days. However, delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Fabic Publishing cannot be held responsible for any action, costs, taxes or delays due to customs over which it has no control. Shipping days do not include public holidays.
If you are not present at the delivery address to sign for your parcel, it will be taken to your local postal outlet for collection. In the event that your order is not collected from the closest postal outlet within 7 business days it will be returned to Fabic Publishing.
Australia Post deliveries can be tracked en route with eParcel. You can track your delivery by going to AusPost tracking and entering your tracking number — your ‘order shipped’ email will contain this information for each parcel.
If Australia Post loses or mis-delivers an order Fabic Publishing shall not be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the order. Just the same, Fabic Publishing in its sole discretion may decide to replace or refund the order. If you are found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Fabic Publishing will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by you.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars. All prices are inclusive of GST.
If you purchase in a different currency we offer a price conversion option which shows an estimated price of our products and charges in your local currency. The actual charge will be calculated by your credit card issuer based on their conversion of the Australian dollar price when your credit card is charged. Fabic Publishing has no control over, and makes no warranty related to, the currency conversion used by the issuer of your credit card.
For most orders the postage and handling fee will be between AUD $20 to $40; however, this will be higher for some international orders.
Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we do not have any control over these charges, we cannot cover them for you.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office prior to ordering anything online so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

All items sold via the Fabic Publishing website are subject to availability. Fabic Publishing reserves the right not to accept or cancel any order for products that are out of stock.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Fabic Publishing reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including where we believe the order to be fraudulent or constitute a mis-use of a promotional or marketing activity or where an error has occurred including errors relating to pricing. If we do cancel your order, we accept no liability for any resulting damages or costs suffered by you, however we will refund the purchase price to you (where it has already been paid).
Fabic Publishing does not insure purchases. As such, all purchases are at your risk from the time of delivery of the purchase to Australia Post.
Australia Post will do their best to offer you a caring service so your goods arrive in premium condition. Before we send anything, we will thoroughly wrap and carefully package the goods, knowing how important these goods are for our customers.

Should you wish to return your ordered items, contact us immediately on receipt of your goods at firstname.lastname@example.org. This applies for both orders with goods received damaged that need replacement and orders which you wish to change after receiving them. Upon contact with us, we will coordinate the needed arrangements to support you in returning any items to us.
Ensure you contact us as soon as possible as any delay could mean that returning your order is no longer possible.
Any personal information given to us during the ordering process, such as your name, email address, contact and payment information such as credit card details etc. will be used ONLY for the purposes of fulfilling your order. Credit card details and other payment information will NOT be stored and will be used only once to complete the payment of your order. Upon completion of your order an account will be created on our checkout platform for you to view and manage your orders. We DO NOT have access to seeing any more information than is required to process your order.
You can request full removal of any of your information from our website as soon as the order has been fully processed and paid for. The only information that we can access relating to your order is purely analytical data, showing us what was ordered and when. None of this analytical information is attributable to you and we will NOT use any of your personal details to generate marketing or order-making campaigns.
